    Chat with Chief in the app or on the web. Texting and calling Chief are coming soon. Chief reads your website first if you have one, so it only asks what it cannot find: your services, your clients' path from first visit to member, and the tools you use.

    Approve the plan.

    Chief picks the blueprints your business needs, such as booking, a CRM or memberships. It shows how it will fit each one to you and which tools they replace. You change anything that is wrong. Nothing is built until you approve.

    Chief builds it from the blueprints and moves you over.

    Chief adds each blueprint to your system and customizes it: your services, your packages, your locations, your words. It goes live, with your clients and their history moved in from your old tools. Then Chief runs it with you and changes it when you ask.
